– Maintain then improve the following with exercise
– Muscle strength and bulk
– Lift weights that seem heavy for you, including bodyweight type exercise.
– Feel fatigue after each set then recover before the next set for 3 sets in total.
– Aerobic fitness
– Start by walking on flat ground at a pace that creates mild breathing exertion.
– Progress to a faster pace, then progress to mild hills.
– Overall body flexibility
– Take up a formal stretching class example Yoga. Hold different parts of your body until a stretch is felt in your muscles. Hold this stretch without bouncing into the stretch, for 15 seconds. Repeat for a total of three stretches per body area
