Quality of Life

Positive outlook on life

Actively try to catch negative thoughts and turn them into a positive statement in your mind.

Protect yourself from the self-defeating demons chasing good plans and destroying them before any plan is put into practice.

Believe in yourself and take a risk before the undermining parrot makes you irrelevant to competition.

Coming last in a competition still means you are a competitor.

Never entering a competition makes you a spectator in your own life.
